We are looking for an equity partner for the purchase of an historic 200 seat restaurant/lounge in Bal Harbor Florida completely remodeled in 2008 including the hand-carved wood door from the Parisian "Club Castel", an original orange marble bar from Italy, custom made metallic chairs designed in Miami, a soothing wall fountain and outdoor cafe seating.
Its two floors accommodate a full service restaurant, two lounges, private dining space, room for music on each floor, catering and lunch delivery. The space is up and running including live music, lunch, dinner, catering (in house and out), and dinner music.
We are 35 combined years of restaurant and bar management experience, 26 years of performance and production experience.
