We currently have a 1000 sq ft bakery/wholesale production area in Reseda,Ca. We have been producing products for internet sales but the market is very difficult. In reviewing the market we have found that my cultural backround would lend to perfect fit for what this area is looking for. I am of Italian heritage and have been making pizza's and traditional dishes from this area all my life.
