Description: I am an Geotechnical Engineer, who has developed a method for installing 30'x'3.5x12" reinforced concrete panels into levee subsoil. The system does not vibrate or hammer the panel reducing levee instability during instalation. Small manuverable equipment is implimented so the levee is not surcharged.
