The Russell School is a dance school that has been in business for 42 years. It is a school of the highest professional standards and maintains a very successful student population. The Russell School is recommended, as a school of training, by some of the most prominent ballet companies in the greater Washington, DC metro area. You really did not have a category for me to check, hence my explanation of the school. I will manintain it as both owner, manager and artistic director with the current owners at close range as advisors. I want to purhcase this school. My credentials and qualifications are of the highest caliber. My credit score is low which precludes me from acquiring a loan. It is low because of mitigating circumstances. However, this venture is in the field of the performng arts, more specifically in the Dance field, which has been the passion of my life for over 30 years. The owners of the school are highly respected in their field and community having received awards for their work of 42 years. They regard me as the most eligible and qualified inheritor of their legacy ie. their school. I seek funding to buy this school and grow the student population by initiating new innovative programs to attract new students. The business track record has been very consistent over the many years that the Russells have been in business. It is a stable, well run, business and I intend on continuing the successful tradition already established while initiating the aforementioned new programs. I ask you to seriously consider this deal as it is an excellent investment for anyone interested in receiving both a good ROI as well as contributing to the community of Northern Va. through education in the arts.
