The company merges backgrounds of an experienced and respected Hollywood producer and writer with that of an accountant and investment banker. As a result, they approach film investing from a very differentiated perspective, from a businessman's perspective rather than a "Hollywood" perspective.
There is a unique opportunity for accredited investors to participate in these projects through a variety of methods dependent upon the investors appetite and investing strategy. Most immediately, the Company has green lit and committed financing for a film with very high profile talent that has a $12 million budget, for which we are seeking a $9 million bridge loan.
