Description:
As an independent 3rd party, we provide a cloud computing application to acquire actionable risk and operational intelligence, internally and from external stakeholders (supply chain, customers, partners), to drive profitability and improve performance.
We plan to generate significant revenues selling annual subscriptions to federal/state regulators, publicly traded and investment companies, and public employee pension systems, in an emerging market estimated in excess of $10Billion annually.
We plan to dominate this market space by designing, developing and managing the IT infrastructure for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to capture whistleblower complaints, via a public private partnership, for a majority of US publicly traded and investment companies, including their partners and customers. As an affiliate member of the Institute of Supply Management, we plan to promote our service offering to more than 40,000 members. We plan to make presentations at industry conferences; conduct webinars; and make use of social media and networking.
Our competitive advantages include: Top Dog – dominate industry; First Mover – disruptive technology (rule breaker – redefine how business is conducted); Emerging Industry (actionable risk and operational intelligence); Pricing Power; Operating Margins in excess of 70%.
