Wild Basin Productions is a feature film producing entity for the evolving film industry. With audiences now wanting immediate accessibility to the best the industry has to offer from the hand held smart device of their choice, room has been made for new, innovative, and insightful approaches to film production. We here at Wild Basin Productions are poised to create high quality films for reasonable budgets, all geared towards this quickly growing digital, online, VOD market. The targeting of this market cuts out the high cost of distribution and makes film making affordable and profitable.
Our focus is on creating impactful, compelling films - ones that will resonate in both the film industry and general movie-going audiences as a whole. Our first feature "Out of the Wild" is a testament to this idea. Written by a best selling author "Out of the Wild" has heart, grit, and the substance moviegoers have come to expect but don’t always receive.
We shoot our films on the industry-leading Red Epic, a digital camera that allows for top production quality look and feel at a fraction of the cost of using traditional film stock. We have also partnered with a highly respected veteran casting director to acquire big name talent within our budgets, and will use our already established industry connections to bring recognized actors on board. We have an experienced and talented production team lined up and ready to work at affordable rates- the same team that worked to create the HD promotional trailer for "Out of the Wild" which can be see on our website, (URL removed).
Connecting with the proper outlets so that our films can reach major audiences is one of our primary focuses. We not only have letters of interest from reputable theatrical distribution companies, both foreign and domestic, but more importantly, we have direct relationships with individuals at iTunes, Google, and Netflix- platforms that hold the keys to the next wave of home entertainment.

Having already raised a quarter of a million dollars in capital, we are looking for an initial start up investment totaling $2.25MM with a two-feature guarantee. This startup capital will be used for Wild Basin Productions operating expenses as well as funding for the feature "Out of the Wild."
