Description: *** INVESTOR WANTED FOR NEW LOCATION NEAR SEATTLE*** Continuous Support One of the most important principles at Fitness 1440 is to support, encourage and provide solutions that make owning your own business affordable and structured for success. You are in business for yourself, but not by yourself! We will work with you to find solutions that give you balance between being the owner of your own business and devoting time and energy to other meaningful areas of your life. Dependable You can depend on us to help you achieve your goals in a growing industry that people in your neighborhood will thank you for. Our Franchisor/Franchisee relationship is based on doing our best to give more than we take, whether through involvement in your community with our “Check In for Change” program or simply by providing a place for members to achieve their goal of a healthy mind, body and spirit. A Club that Fits You and Your Community We believe our customized business plan, whether utilizing a 1440 minute access format or a traditionally run club simplifies the process of investing, planning, developing, implementing and managing. Every business opportunity comes with challenges and surprises. We understand that franchises, while standardized in many aspects are still unique on many levels. We don’t believe a Fitness 1440 franchise should be “one size fits all” in nature, but instead take into consideration independent owner goals and the diverse needs of the community it serves. Giving Back Fitness 1440 believes that total well being involves the Mind, Body and Spirit connection. We are firm believers in “Giving Back” to the communities that have given so much to us and we encourage both personal and club involvement in local charitable organizations and events. This unique aspect of “Giving Back” is what sets Fitness 1440 apart from other franchises.
