We are a home improvement company, we are going to start buying properties in distress and fix them and flip them, we will also be looking to aquire vacant land to build on as well. at this stage we are looking for investors, depending on the terms we may just decide to do it without investors but we are going to look at all our options before making that choice. there could be levels of investing, these things are yet to be worked out, but we would be willing to look at all possible investors requirements.
