I teach Golf at a facility that is somewhat remote (but located in the San Francisco Bay Area), it is my skill as an instructor and as a "salesman" that has enable me to sell my services to many clients, some of which are traveling in from as far away as 50 miles. As such I have over 80 active (currently have lessons credited and are taking the lessons), and 150+ inactive (inactive are also potential clients that I e-mail weekly requesting lesson scheduling) clients who have taken or expressed an interest in taking lessons from me. However, I am turning away potential clients and having potential clients turning away from me due to location, and availability issues. Also, I have been approached by many of my current and former clients about relocating to a more centrally located facility in the Bay Area.
