My invention is a structure that lives with the ocean and can produce hydroelectricity with no down time and no need for fossil fuel to buy. It produces no emissions, no waste and does not disturb marine life and no silt flow disturbance. Once built the structure has a 100 year minimum production period. It is guaranteed energy vs. all other renewable energy that's predictable or foreseeable.
