I am a professional chef of over 20 years. I have leased a prime location and done some over haulin to meet my demands. Unfortunately I have run out of capital. I've been paying rent for 6 months without any return. My concept is a southern upscale comfort food cafeteria with a grill. In my opinion customers are being neglected of value, service cleanliness, and mostly, good food. My establishment will offer all of these and do outside catering.
