I currently own seven (7) investment properties. Four of the houses have no lien and three have mortgages with Flagstar bank. They are all rented and generate income.
I have approximately $60,000 more to spend and would like to buy as many houses as possible with this capital.
I am not able to get any more mortgages due to the new Fannie Mae regulations on real estate investors and the number of mortgages one can hold.
I could buy one more house with cash, or 2-3 more with an investor.
I have 30 years experience in small business as the previous owner of Huizen Furniture and Huizen Property. The sale of my interest in those companies is what provided the capital to start my own real estate development company. I only purchase single family residential homes.
