Description: I invest in single family and multifamily units in FL and SC. Most single family homes are flipped in 1-6 months, from purchase to resale, depending on whether I rehab before selling. I am retired from the Federal Government with over 30 years experience as a Bank Examiner with FDIC and Loan Specialist with USDA. I have financed multi-million dollar apartment projects, water and sewer projects, and community facility projects for cities, counties, and nonprofit organizations in SC, HI and FL with the Federal Government. I had years of appraisal and contracting experience. I have previously purchased investment properties (single and multifamly, lots, mobile home parks) in SC and Hawaii, and am now interested in expanding my business in South Florida where I currently reside. I am looking for debt partners that want to earn a great return on their money, secured by single family home real estate. Also looking for equity partners for purchase/holding/resale of apartment buildings. Majority of my investor financing comes from self-directed IRAs.
