Description: Our company, Custom Building Concepts, Inc. is located in White Hall, AR. We're looking for all available options to raise $5 Mil in small business funding to achieve 2 goals: 1. Enhance the growth of our existing company which has been in the business of brokering engineeered wood products throughout the U. S. and Canada for over 18 years. We have several existing NATIONAL ACCOUNTS but seriously need to diversify our customer base during this construction downturn. 2. Facilitate the startup of an Outdoorsman's Resort located in Stuttgart, AR (the rice and DUCK CAPITAL OF THE WORLD). We have an existing duck hunting lodge located on approximately 300 acres which is located directly adjacent to Bayou Meto Wildlife Management Area which consists of over 34,000 acres of state owned property and is touted as being the "best duck hunting in the world". Our existing lodge facility contains over 26,000 square feet and has been featured in several outdoorsman's tv shows and had many many write ups in ourdoor magazines. Our facility has been called the "Taj Mahal" of duck hunting lodges. Our short-term goal is to convert this facility and this property into a YEAR-ROUND outdoorsman's resort featuring game bird hunting, skeet and trap shooting, four-wheeler riding, an equestrian center, an indoor/outdoor physical exercise facility (with pool, weightroom, tennis courts, volleyball courts, batting cages, etc.), boat rentals, campsites, lake and restaurant. Our plan is to sell annual or lifetime memberships preferably to A list celebrities, Fortune 500 companies, and local/regional business professionals in the Arkansas and South Central United States region. We have access to a former military base with adequate landing strips and facilities to handle large jet traffic and fueling. We are located less than 50 miles from Little Rock National Airport and less than 120 miles from Memphis International Airport. We plan to offer "limo" service to and from to accomodate customers. We also have access to facilities capable of breeding and raising our own variety of gamebirds as the need arises. At this point, Custom Building Concepts, Inc. currently has annual gross sales in the region of Above $1M.
