We are looking to invest in the much needed rental market that disappeared due to the Katrina & Rita hurricanes. This includes constructing multi-family apartments, condos, and possibly town homes (not in the New Orleans area alone, but all affected areas). The projects’ construction will be from construction companies making modern prefabricated buildings. This will enable us to go GREEN, insure shorter construction periods, and offer a superior product. We will also be benefiting from the incentives offered by the states and the federal government for acquisition purposes, tax breaks, and expedition of licenses and permits.
