We strive to be the best Cajun restaurant we can be, our chefs use only the finest ingredients available and prepare all the dishes from scratch. Our delectable menu has many must-experience items, the enticing tastes of Nora Lees Café are influenced by a variety of Cajun cuisine and beyond, all of which are robust and soul satisfying. The carefully created menu is extensive and consists of Beef, Chicken, Pork, and Seafood dishes, some with just a hint of Cajun spice and others pack a wicked punch, like our Voodoo Barbeque Sauce and our Honey-Habanero Wings. The pasta dishes like the Cajun Seafood Pasta are some of the best anywhere and the sandwiches such as Voodoo Crawfish Poboy and the Blackened Chicken Sandwich are some of the most sought after in town. Nora Lees Café was located in Folsom PA and do to our landlords desire to sell the real estate as of September, 2008 we were forced to close our 3 year in a row award winning establishment. We currently live in Delaware and there is a location 1 mile from our home that is perfect for a restart, although this location is not close in proximity to the original Nora Lees Café the area is a smorgasbord for the areas restaurateurs and there is no Cajun food in the area. We are in need of capitol to reopen our fine establishment and we have a magnitude of expertise that we will bring to the table, everything that makes a great restaurant great! Including all marketing materials and almost all of the equipment and decorum The only thing missing is capitol for the reason that we used everything we had and invested it back into the original Nora Lees Café. Thank you for your time, Sincerely Mark Hafer and Mary Tedesco/Owners Nora Lees Cafe
