Description: We are a new company looking to raise 150k . The company will purchase and renovate properties within France primarily within the Normandy area . A number of the properties will then be sold to fund more property purchases while a small number will be let as holiday homes . This will build a portfolio of holiday rental homes geared towards the holidaymaker interested in the 2nd world war . After a 2 year period we expect to own 4 holiday rental homes with 4 being renovated at this time and a balance of 500k . We choose Normandy because of the hugh amount of visitors it receives each year to visit the war monuments from all parts of the world . After the 2 year period we would continue to invest in the Normandy area but would also look to invest in the Somme region of France to encompass
