We are a (HVAC/R)Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration service company. We perform service and maintenance on Commercial and Residential equipment. Our company has been in operation for over 3 years. Our company is now turning a profit. Most of my time is spent working in the field leaving me little time to perform sales work which is needed to expand the business. We are looking for an acquisition merger loan. We are looking to purchase a larger established company to increase our customer base, increase profits, and free up time to be spent on sales and growth of the company. Expansion would allow us to get into the installation side of the business which would also increase our revenue.
