Hello,
I was recently referred to you by the Go Big Network regarding an investment opportunity. I am in need of a loan in the amount of $135,000. This is a rather unusual request in that I will repay the loan and double the amount of the repayment in 30 days or less. For security I offer a seasoned trust deed in the amount of $160,000. secured by a 4 unit apartment building in El Cajon, CA. payable $1280 per month @ 8% . If I fail to repay the $135,000, the trust deed for $160,000 will be yours.
I don't want to give up the equity I have in the note so be assured that I will do all I can to repay you in a timely manner.
The note was due 08/01/2007. I did not call it as I like the income and at 8% I prefer red to keep it. As you can see the note is well seasoned.
I feel that this is a good and safe investment for someone. However, I do need the money as soon as possible to fulfill a debt I have this month.
