I have developed several recipes with outstanding results. Even though they all are good, by far the staple of them all is for steak. I have tested time and time again with friends and family with the same statement made every time, "You need to open a steak house". So here I am 10 years later. If anyone knows the PF Chang story, this could very well exceed what they have accomplished. Ok, I know it's real easy to type this and another to prove it. I will prepare samples for anyone thats extremely serious about opening up a steak house. I was thinking about a bank loan with friends who have restuarant backgrounds when I came across this site. The perfect candidate or investor, would be one who ran the front end of the business and let me run the back. I am not familiar with all the ins n outs of running a steak house. What I am capable of is not offered anywhere else. The best steaks, ribs, chicken, I even have several mexican food recipes that draw the same praise. So, let me prove it to you.
