There are thousands of these homes in the city alone and I plan to do something about it. All of these homes will be rehabilitated with Eco friendly appliances, as in NASA certified air purification systems to combat indoor air pollution problems, as we know today is a big problem. These units are known to reduce doctor's visits which saves hard earned money. The overall of this business is to give back to the city in rehabilitating the need of these homes. On a larger scale, offering these homes below market value will increase the cities wealth as well as property value.
