Gardner Green Energy, Inc., ("GGE" or the "Company") locates sources of underground hot water ("low temp") that is heated by the earth (geothermal assets) and develops, purchases, installs and maintains equipment necessary to use this superheated water to produce electricity and otherwise develop energy projects for the production of "baseline"[1] electricity for sale to commercial end users and environmentally friendly consumers and communities.
The primary technology used by GGE for the completion of its heat transfer (completing electricity production) is based on a patented liquid heat carrier that has a substantially lower steam point or "flash point" than water. Water boils at 212° F while the geothermal assets utilized by GGE are effective at temperatures as low as 175° F.
This can be extremely valuable by allowing more low-temperature geothermal sites to be productive. It also allows more economical geothermal sites, using water from shallower depths with lower temperatures, to be productive as well.
GE's strategy is threefold: ? Exploit the more prevalent lower temperature geothermal resources, using binary cycle technology; ? Employ modular, rapid deployment approach to place power plants in service and generate revenues in a fraction of the conventional time; and ? Monetize the tax benefits to provide the capital required to develop and construct the power plants. This strategy will be exploited in a two Phase strategy of development.
