We are in the process of buying bank owned homes in the (URL removed)l/Lawton Ok. (URL removed)s opportunity will provide much needed housing to over 20,000 relocating soldiers to the (URL removed) govt. covers only 10 days of "house hunting", then they have to cover their hotel stay of $300-$400/(URL removed) have found numerous houses for less than $30K with only $8K of rehab it could go onto the market for $60-$65K. I am looking for funding which will allow me to go to Oklahoma, buy with cash and supervise the first rehab/(URL removed) have a great realtor(who is an Army wife) and our contractor/handyman has 28 yrs. experience and is also a vet. This need has been on my heart ever since I first spoke with our realtor. I spent 8 months in the area(Ardmore,Ok.) and am familiar with the types of housing people expect. We plan on selling slightly below market,providing a win-win for everyone. Our goal is 3-4 sales/month in the beginning,grossing $60-$80K/month.
