After being laid off from two corporate positions, I made the decision to step out on my own and start a catering business. We had a 600% increase in business sales for 2007. Clients include: The Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra/Board, AMCOR Pet Packaging, Manchester, MI, Thomson Reuters, Ann Arbor, MI, St. Jude Medical, University of Michigan and St. Joseph Hospital and Borders Group Inc.
We offer a Personal Chef Service, where we make dinners from 14 to 30 days make them fresh and in some cases organic and freeze them for our clients. They will have healthy meals for up to a month. We also offer luncheon, dessert and breakfast menus. Our business continues to grow despite a slowing economy, because we are good at what we do. I have over 10 years in training and development and over 20 years in retail management. We offer great customer service and really great food!
