Description:
Gymnastics Academy that provides gymnastics training and cheerleading training from ages 3-18. The gymnastics teams and cheerleading squads travel throughout Georgia and surrounding states to participate in competitions/meets. The business was established 12 years ago. The owner wants to sell to relocate. The business is being sold for $1.65 million but the land and the building were appraised with a value of $2.5 million. In order to secure a bank loan, we must come up with $165,000 down payment. The business averaged $40,000 plus net profit each year and this is with little to no marketing and advertising.
