We are an organization in the start up process that is being founded on old-fashioned values with a grounded philosophy of offering a better product for less money. In an economy such as this, advertising one job post will generate countless, competitive, over-inflated resumes and applications that can be extremely overwhelming and time-consuming to study. We have put together a program that will set us way apart from our competitors; one that greatly reduces the amount of time and money spent looking for the right person. Helping people find employment is what we do; we take a great deal of pride in this endeavor. We have been on both sides of the fence, hiring people and looking for employment, and both sides are extremely stressful, time-consuming and expensive. Job seekers and employers both want more than anything to find the right position/person with the right credentials utilizing as few resources as possible.
