Description:
Pirates of the Pacific’s (POTP) goal is to replace the Carthaginian (a tall ship that was once the iconic symbol of Maui) with the world-famous Black Pearl Pirate ship, creating an exciting new attraction to Lahaina, and capitalizing on the untouched history of Pirates in the Hawaiian Islands. The Black Pearl will not only be a maritime themed attraction, utilizing actual historical artifacts, and an exciting walk - through attraction, featuring the life of Pirates on - board the Black Pearl, with an animatronic pirate crew.
As guests explore the main and lower decks of the Black Pearl, they will experience the life of a Pirate as performed by the all animatronic Pirate crew. The guests will be guided from scene to scene as they witness everything from tending the rigging, mopping the deck, manning the helm; and even walking the plank on the main deck, down to the crew’s quarters, gunnery, the galley, Captain’s Main Cabin, and even the brig, on the lower decks. Each scene being presented in an entertaining manner and with a whimsical twist.
Pirates of the Pacific is a unique high energy state of the art attraction with an aggressive planned three phase growth
strategy. Each phase is business opportunity capitalizing on the initial start-up phase.
