The long-term goal of WellSpring is to become the best choice for residential treatment of troubled youth by creating a values-based experience to help develop the core of the individual. By creating a genuine, caring environment with a program designed to instill values, self-worth, and personal accountability, we can implement best practice standards to create a model treatment program for youth. WellSpring incorporates the following core values: Mind, Body, Spirit, Discipline, and Service. All services will be given in an environment embodying the unconditional love of Jesus Christ. This will not be a program but rather an identity. Recognizing the varying stages that youth will enter the program, all will be met “where they are” and encouraged to grow from their starting point.
