Start up women's apparel company with existing market presence. My partner, the creative director of a small LA-based clothing wholesaler, is leaving the company. She is solely responsible for all designs that are manfuactured in China and sold out of their LA wholesale studio. Sales of her designs generate approx. $400,000/mo in gross revenue, with net revenues of approx. $300,000.
