Description: I am a Hispanic woman. My husband recently lost his job. Very soon we will be forced to file chapter 13 bankruptcies. Currently I can afford to pay all of my basic necessity bills with my pay check. It has always been a dream of mine to start my own business. My husband has been in the retail sales business for over 14 years and knows how to run and manage a business. We have started a business plan and have everything pretty much figured out except for the financing. I have found a building that I would like to purchase. It has been up for sale for over a year and e owners are desperate to sell. The price on the building was over $500,000 and has come down to $425,000. I am pretty sure I can purchase the building for $375,000. Of course, I would need to be pre-approved to make the offer. I would then need money to start my business. I figure I would need $500,000. IT is my understanding that if the building appraises at $500,000 then my loan would not be unsecured. Because I can take care of all my household bills, I would like to start my own business where my husband can run and manage the bakery. The plan is to use all our profits to quickly pay the loan down and make improvements. I am positive our business can strive. We have very little competition and plan on pulling customers from three other small towns nearby. I am more than confident and I know we can succeed if we are given the opportunity. Like I had said earlier, my husband lost his job and we have stopped paying for our credit cards. Our good credit score is continuing to decline. I am willing to do whatever it takes to get the financing. Let me know what my obstacles are and I will find a way to overcome them. I already have the building in mind, the manager, and two experienced baker willing to start. All I need is the financing! HELP
