My plan basically is to acquire as many buildings as possible from Hotels, Multi unit/Multi Family, Casinos, Appreciating land, Construction projects, Commercial facilities/strip malls, Office buildings. This company is to assist business owners who want to get out of their current building and need someone to close quickly on their projects. We focus on making every Deal work but if it doesn`t fit the requirements of our company then It wouldn`t be of any benefit to us so we pass.
