Our Group is seeking an investor partner to join our group as a equal % partner of an LLC group of 4 people. The investor will be the 4th participant.
Our mission is to have the investor join our group to purchase a CMO instrument with a face value of $300mill or $700mill for around 3% to 5% of it's face value and title it in the name of the LLC which the investor will be equal % owner of units.
The CMO instrument is guaranteed by the Federal goverment and we can purchase it at around 3% - 5% of face value.
We are already approved for a line of credit of around 50% of the face value of the CMO.
The investor will have his principle cost of purchasing the instrument plus 100% return within 1 week of credit line funding.
Once credit line is funded we will be entering a trade
