My company has been founded and stems from a commercial brokerage. Primarily we deal with retail marketing and franchising. We are looking at locating in Florida and throughout the United States. We provide marketing and sales concepts for small retail companies. We also provide Franchise Packets enabling them to begin the process of
franchising. I am a commercial broker with some very unique
ideas in direct distribution and advertising for these retail clients. I also recognize a need to provide a franchising service for unique retailers who look at placing their profits into corporate owned locations. I have sold retail businesses and real estate only to realize the need to help these small business owners.
I have witnessed very successful and unique concepts/businesses work for years only to watch the owners struggle or fail at selling it when the time came and then liquidating their assets. Franchising is their alternative! It has been estimated by the Department of Commerce that by the year 2010 85% of all small retailers/businesses will have some structure of franchising. I also enjoy providing them with unique marketing ways to stream income into their businesses innovative advertising and promotional campaigns
