Description: Sizzle: (URL removed) WE ARE MAKING STARS: We choose 15 top artists from 5 music genres each that are on our website. These will be artists that are READY. All of the artists are competing to be the last 5 standing in each genre. The grand prize winner in each genre will win 100K plus be the headliner of the W.A.M.S Tour. The other 4 finalist in each genre will be the opening act and win 20K each. As you can see, the artists are not competing to get a record deal, they are competing to go on a worldwide tour with the possibilities of becoming millionaires! This is possible because they have already developed a strong fan base through the TV show “We Are Making Stars” nationwide. You might think that’s too many winners or it sounds complicated. In actuality, it is not complicated at all. American Idol and The Voice only has one winner each, right? Well, this show is only adding 4 more winners for one particular genre. Our belief is that all of the genres should not be competing for one spot. Country music competing against Hip Hop is like apples and shrimp. What we have done is created a reality show where country singers are competing against other country singers. R&B singers are competing against other R&B singers. And YES! We will be the first talent show that welcomes Hip Hop / Rap! Of course, the music will have to be TV friendly. The tour could be a completely different story. Note: One genre can run 1 season at a time or all 5 genres ran at once. What separates us from the others is “All Of The Contestants Are Winners” to a degree. How is that possible? During each artist’s performance, the viewers will see information at the bottom of the TV screen on how they can purchase that particular song the artists is singing. Because the artist is singing their original song, this will give the artist royalties from iTunes and/or Universal Music Group which I already have lined up. It will also give them performance royalties from BMI, SESAC, and ASCAP. The longer the contestant stays on the show the more money he or she can make off of mp3 sells making them instant winners! In regards to the final 5 standing in each genre, there will be a 1 grand prize winner in each genre who will receive $100,000 each plus be the headliner of the tour! The other 4 finalist will receive $20,000 each and be the opening acts of the tour. W.A.M.S TOUR: That is only part of it! After choosing our 5 finalist in each genre, the reality show of the tours begins. There will a cameraman on each bus filming life on the road and how each artist handles their new found fame and the ups and downs of being a “Star”. This could easily include jealousy between finalists, stage freight, late for rehearsals, fighting, stealing from the artist, or firing a team member that is holding the artist back. The possibilities of what can go wrong on the tour are endless. Each finalist will have a team of 5 that they handpicked to be their support. These members on the team will be responsible for EVERYTHING including setting up the merchandise stand to collecting money for cd sells, to ordering CD’s and having them delivered to the next stop because they ran out. Note: We Are Making Stars are giving the finalist a real taste of what it is like to be an independent “Star”
