This project intends to establish a college of tourism in Bagamoyo, a town located north of Dar es Salaam, about 45 kilometres from the city. Bagamoyo is an important tourist destination in Tanzania and in the world. It is a town that has important historical buildings and sites that are attractive to both local and foreign tourists.
The overall objective of the project is:
- To provide college level and advanced tourism education that would respond to the needs of the Tanzanian and world tourism
