I would like make the following proposal to any investor and to ensure you that the investment is in save hands. This is to inform the investor that the total amount that the investor wants to invest, will be invested with the PSG Group through my lawyer - we do not touch your investment at all. The interest that the investor earns on the said investment, will be shared 8% back to your fund which means that the investment have a 8% growth per year only on the interest and 17% to my business. The interest that my business will earn, is for me to assist those clients with major financial needs and that is not all, we make sure that the client who has been approved for a loan, have to give us some sort of security i.e fixed property for us to register a bond in the Trust name on behalf of the investor. The client pays the amount paid over to him/her back to the business at a 25% interest per year, of which 15% will be invested on behalf of the invetor which means that the total amount that the investor will earn amounts to 25% interest per year. We aslo issue a policy on the client's name through the my broker with the following benefits : death, severe inllness, medical unfitness and retrenchment if such client approves for the benefit of retrenchment. This is to ensure you that nothing can happen i.e to your investment or i.e the interest that I make useof to assist my clients. My business name is Cindique Financial Services and the investment will be registered by the Cindique Trust as I am the registered Trustee of the said trust. Every investment that will go through my company, will be lawful as my attorney will handle all te documentation for both of us to sign as well as for the ligitamacy thereof.
