Description:
We currently are living on a 56 acre farm, in the high altitude of the Enchanted Mountains in Cattarugus County, New York
We believe we are in a great position to start a small dairy farm, grazing our cows, and in five years, creating our own label for a farmstead Alpine Cheese making operation. My Husband and I have farmed before in commercial dairy operation and were dissapointed in the commodity market. We believe there is greater growth potential in this niche market.
