Description: I purchased some really nice realestate with great potential about eighteen months ago. Started developing/remodeling all of it & making it prime. Have plans on one property to use as housing for women in distress & homeless,help them get training/skills/jobs so they are able to go out on their own and make a home in order to get their children back from foster care. I want to finish remodeling the other properties so that I can sell them for a profit and continue to buy properties to remodel and sell. Women that are helped from the one house will be able to purchase some of the properties that I remodel or they will be able to rent the property from me. I need money to complete all of my projects and there is no doubt in my mind that all monies can be and will be paid back. Hopefully there will be some donations if that is possible. We will not be a non profit. This business is strickly for profit All of the properties that I have purchased are paid for in full and there are no leins or any bills owed on them. The properties are free and clear of any debt. I have spent several years just making sure that all of the properties were paid for in full before starting work on them. I am so very fugal and I have excellent business sense.
