Over the past three years, a group of engineers and PhD’s scientists and I have worked to develop the unique nano coating technology where nano-silver coating can acquire the properties and appearance of gold. The traditional gold plating system that meets Mil-G-45204, DTL-45204 and ASTM B-488 can be replaced with the new nano-silver like gold (coating) system, that also meets the same specifications and save millions of dollars for the plating, electronic, airspace, automotive and other related industry. The technology is patented (Patent Pending) with patent application number 16,849666 - “Method to enable electroplating of golden silver nanoparticles” Our system design has been tested and proven and shows in the prototype scale at least 3 to 4 times cost reduction verses the traditional gold plating system. At this time, our “nano-silver like gold “system is ready for pilot line and optimization of the critical parameters and then for manufacturing line and distribution to plating companies. We are confident that the competitive cost of our system and the superior operating capacities that it provides will quickly make it a leading product in the plating industries. I am proposing to you a business development investment, in the amount of $300,000 in order to assist in the launching of our product platform in exchange of 30% equity of Ag Nano System company. The target market is: electronics, airspace, defense, sports, decorative, jewelers and auto industries and other traditional gold plating companies in US. US Electroplating Marker is approximately $16.3Bn (2019 Data) which around $1.5Bn is gold plating market. By replacing gold electroplating processes with Ag -nano silver like gold electroplating processes, the industry can save at least 20%-30% annually, which is equal approximately $300MLN -450 MLN annually.
