Red October Sports Grill (also referred to as “the Company”) is a start-up business that will commence operations in December 2009. Located in the tourist mecca of Park City, Utah, the Company will fill a void in the market with a family-friendly grill and bar that is upscale and relaxed while offering some of the best and most unique meals in town. Free-range beef and chicken, farm-fresh vegetables, and exotic meats like crocodile, snake, and shark will be prepared in a variety of methods, including grilled, smoked, barbecued, and on a wood-fire grilled. Red October Sports Grill will feature the state-of-the-art Menu Logic pro-host system, where patrons can order food, request service, and pay their bills, all on a touch screen mounted to their table. Red October Sports Grill will fill a void in the Park City dining and entertainment scene with a family-friendly venue that has great meals at affordable prices and a one-of-kind automated ordering system. The Company will be the first restaurant in the nation to use the Menu Logic pro-host system, on which patrons can order food, call for assistance, and pay their bill all on a touch screen mounted to their table. As its name implies, sports will be a main attraction at Red October Sports Grill. With several flat-panel HDTV screens lining the walls above the restaurant and bar, patrons will never miss a moment of action. The main level of the four-story sports grill will also feature stadium-style seating, with two 72-inch projection screens and two 60-inch HDTV’s, which will be viewable from both levels. Unique Value Proposition: Red October Sports Grill will be the first restaurant to use the Menu Logic system that was developed to assist travelers in locating area hotels and restaurants. The Menu Logic system will allow customers the ability to order drinks and food, view games and also scroll sports scores and rotate thru a series of advertisements, which will include local hotels that can be booked right from the screen. This will allow the Company to generate additional revenue, from the advertising and from a percentage of room bookings
