Description:
Currently I own a Nightclub in Baltimore, MD. I am in the process of opening my second location in Alexandria, VA. The name of it is "La Fayettes" Sports bar and Lounge. We already have the location locked all we need is investors. The business plan, financial projections, presentation, and market study have already been done. This location is prime real estate, right on King St. Old Town Alexandria, VA. We are looking to open up in the middle of Sept. of this year, just in time for football season. There is nothing like this in the area, just irish pubs. As an investor you will see an instant return.
