StudentZen was created to commercialize a student retention software program originally developed with a $3 million grant over a period of six years by counselors and advisors at Sinclair Community College in Dayton Ohio. RetentionZen is our flagship Software as a Service (SaaS) product that facilitates the interaction between a counselor and student through caseload management and early alerts. This process helps retain students in college as they overcome life situational issues allowing them to achieve their academic goals. As students are retained attrition rates are lowered, graduation rates increase and the institution experiences an increase in tuition revenue as enrolment grows.
