I have 4 beach front houses in an area of 4000m² that have been exploited in hospitality sector. In other words, I rent these houses for tourist. I started renting a wooden rustic house (chalet style) in 2013 and since then I built 3 other houses. Our clients make their reservation via (URL removed) or (URL removed).
Recently I bought 8 hectares with coconut plantation, also sea front. I would love to exploit it by building several chalets or cabins and harvest profit. My properties are located in northeast Brazil, city of Estância, state of Sergipe. Lowest temperature is 22C and maximum 35C. More than 300 sunny days per year. white sand beach that have more than 30 km lenght. Past guests let great comments about the beauty of the beach and safety.
