I am trying to buy a restaurant from some chineese people I know who barely speak english. They are not doing well so they want to sell the business. I want to add some buffet tables and advertise and create a new sign and I know that people from our area will come. there are only 2 other buffet's in town for a market of over 100k people. I believe that the business can make 65k to 85k per month. and I get to buy it at a steal of only 32k with all equipment. anyone that saw what they were getting into would just invest in a heart beat.
