Our company is L & M Wealth Generation, Creating Wealth For Everyone. My Husband and I own it and were on our way to financial security when one of the businesses under us pulled out. We are Trying to purchase a shelved company and change the name to L & M Wealth Generation, LLC and run it, however, we are $7,000 shy of the purchase price and it is not negotiable. The amount of paperwork involved in transferring a company and all of its assets and BLOCs is staggering. We have a company doing this for us but still have to come up with the rest of the money for the business. The new business is profitable and we can offer someone $10,500 back in 90 days after the paperwork is signed and filed. The paperwork is being worked on, but it will not be released to us for signature until the deadline is met (Sept 12, 2008) with the remaining money owed. We are good people trying to get back on track with this new company. We made money once and this company will make us money in the very near future. The reason we will be able to give $10,500 back is by using the line of credit through the business.
