Q-4 provides administrative, marketing, technical, development, engineering and facility support services. Q-4 was developed to help create jobs within our economically deprived community, to empower women and assist rehabilitated parties back into the workforce, as we face a continuous and tremendous amount of job loss due to the ongoing transfer of industry abroad. Q-4 (and my personal) goals are to place its profits back into the community through a broadbase nonprofit development initiative: Living Canvas of America. LCoA addresses the needs of the elderly, inner-city youth, the indigent and America's landscape.
