I'm a former Fortune 100 Senior Project Manager executive and Principal of a start-up company that specializes in Virtual Property Flipping. My team purchases established websites via international auction, hires overseas developers at a very low cost to redesign and optimize existing websites while increasing subscriber base. We then resell upgraded and optimized websites within a 30 day window for a substantial profit.
I have over 15 years experience as a Senior Technical Project Manager working within top Fortune 100 companies; Wells Fargo Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Blue Shield, VISA USA and VISA International, Pacific Stock Exchange, Bank of America.
I've worked extensively managing high-level multi-million dollar projects domestically and internationally utilizing both RUP and AGILE project management methodologies. I hold certifications in both methods.
The majority of the projects I have managed maintained an overall development team of 20 - 40 individuals within the U.S and India. The duration of projects I've managed range anywhere from 6 months to 2 years in total.
