(a) Design, manufacturing and distribution of medical components domestically and internationally for specialty medical service companies otherwise not available from the OEM.
(b) Design, manufacturing and distribution of private label endoscopes including 510k approved medical devices used in today’s high tech operating room procedures;

(f) Sale of other related medical/surgical devices, instruments, and accessories, including pre-owned equipment.
Currently the Owner is looking for one of two options; (1) the owner is looking for investors to raise capital in efforts to grow and position the company for a sale to a synergistic strategic buyer that can utilize the technology, experience, assets and employees; (2) the Owner is interested in selling the Company either in whole or partial. The owner would like to remain with the Company and retain a portion of equity for a defined period of time to ensure a successful transition or also would consider all offers which include short or long-term packages to help with growth and implementation.
