Description:
Toyshoppe has been a virtual production company in Hollywood since the 1980's. Its principal partners have participated in building sets, models, props and visual effects for blockbuster movies such as Matrix, Star Wars, Pirates of the Caribbean and X-men. This company has a ridiculously uncanny opportunity to create a business proposal to make profitable a 22,700 square foot movie location warehouse in downtown Los Angeles. With a plan of being on the forefront of multi-media technology integration of the arts and entertainment, Toyshoppe's place in the downtown arts district would strategically place them to become industry leaders in interactive media integration before any other production company.
